Tell us more about the Welcome Party on Friday night.
For everyone who is in town the night before, we would love to see you at our Welcome Party! Please do RSVP. This will be an extended cocktail hour - with appetizers and drinks from 5-8pm at our "third place," East Bank Club. There is parking at the club, but recommend that guests take an uber or lyft. The dress code is dressy casual, think garden party or a summer date night outfit - jeans or sundresses welcome.
How do I get to the Welcome Party?
For guests staying in the city, we would encourage you to uber/lyft. Depending on physical ability, it is also walking distance from the hotels (particularly the Marriott). For our local guests who may be coming in from the suburbs, there is parking available, too, in the on-site garage.
Where will the Saturday wedding ceremony and reception take place? Will this be indoors or outdoors?
Every wedding-day event will be held at Ignite Glass Studio. Our ceremony will be outside in the grass, cocktail hour outside on the roof, and dinner inside the studio - but there is no location change, the entire evening will take place at the same venue.

What time should I arrive at the wedding?
Guests can begin arriving at 5:30pm. The ceremony will begin at 6pm.
If you are a family member and wondering what time photos start on Saturday...
For invited family (you know who you are), please arrive at the venue by 4:30pm so that we can do family photos ahead of time. Otherwise, all other guests, feel free to arrive any time between 5:30 and 6 - ceremony starts at 6pm!
How do I get to the venue?
We strongly encourage uber / lyft to the venue. There is limited street parking.
What do I wear to the wedding?
We're requesting summer formal attire: No need for tuxes, but suits, slacks and sports coats, long or midi dresses are requested. It’s the summer solstice - so we want everyone to have fun expressing their personalities and bring on the summer color! We also take our dancing *very* seriously so be ready to move 💃🏼
Any helpful reminders for the ceremony?
It looks like it is going to be warm, so please dress accordingly! It will be sunny, especially during cocktail hour on the roof, so bring sunglasses!
Are children invited to the wedding?
Due to venue capacity and restrictions, we appreciate your understanding in advance that only invited children attend. We are excited to have a fun day at the glass studio with our friends and family. If you have any questions, please refer to the names listed on your RSVP on this website, or reach out to us individually.
Can I bring a plus one?
Our wedding is invitation only. If you have a plus one indicated on your invitation, then you are welcome to bring a guest!
