Air travel is available most easily to Orlando International Airport (MCO). However, Melbourne Orlando International Airport (MLB) is closer, flights are more limited here though. If flying, a rental car might be prudent, but Uber, Lyft, and other ride-shares should be available if you prefer not to do so.
