Wedding Day Details

Our ceremony will be held at the beautiful Historic Benner Mansion in downtown Allentown. We chose this location for it's history, gorgeous details, and intimate feel.


Please arrive at the mansion by 3:25 PM, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM. Please visit the "Parking &Transportation" page on our website for important information about where to park and how to get to the ceremony.


Because of the intimate space, we have decided on an unplugged ceremony, so please do not use any cell phones or cameras during the ceremony. However, we are happy to provide copies of pictures taken by our photographer, and we'd love for everyone to snap plenty of photos during the reception :) #MattandAlly2018


We wanted to invite all of the people who are important to us to share in our special day, even if that meant we wouldn't have enough chairs for everyone. We have many seats available for family and those who wish to sit, and plenty of standing room. Don't worry, we're planning a very short ceremony ;)

Champagne Toast

Immediately following the ceremony, we will have a champagne toast in the Benner Mansion (don't worry - we'll have snacks and plenty of champagne refills :)). We want to use this time to celebrate with all of our friends and family and appreciate everyone who's there to share this day with us.

Cocktail Hour & Reception

The Barristers Club of Allentown

The Barristers Club of Allentown is a short 0.5 mile trip down the street from the Historic Benner Mansion. Our wedding bus is available to transport all of the guests from the Champagne Toast to the Reception location.

Cocktail Hour

The cocktail hour will begin at 5 PM and will feature many of our favorite warm snacks!

Food & Drink

When we were deciding on what food to serve at our wedding, we just kept thinking that we wanted to eat, enjoy, and share our favorite foods. There's a fairly simple menu that satisfies that criteria - a delicious sandwich buffet!

Games & Fun

When we started planning, the vibe we wanted to have for our wedding could be described in one word - party! We want everyone to have an amazing time and a day to remember.

We plan to have music playing all night long, so please go to our song request page and submit your song recommendations if you haven't already!

Parking & Transportation

Where to Park

Because parking onsite is limited at our ceremony location, we ask that our guests park at the Barristers Club when they arrive for the ceremony.

The Barristers Club is just 0.5 miles down the road from the Benner Mansion, and we are providing a Wedding Bus to shuttle all of our guests from the parking location to the ceremony and back again.

Be on the look-out for signs for where to park once you arrive at the Barristers Club address.

Getting To and From the Ceremony

Please plan to arrive at the parking location at the Barristers Club at 3:00 PM to allow time to take the Wedding Bus to the Ceremony.

We will have signs noting where you can catch the Wedding Bus (your typical big yellow school bus). This way you can leave your car in one place for the day and have it right there waiting for you when the reception ends!

The Bus will take several trips from the parking location to the ceremony to make sure all of our guests have been transported and no one is stranded :) The Wedding Bus will make it's last run at 3:25, so if you arrive after that time, please drive directly to the ceremony location and park in the Hotel Traylor lot adjacent to the Benner Mansion.

After the ceremony and champagne toast, our Wedding Bus will transport all of the guests back to the Barristers Club for the cocktail hour and reception to get the party started!
