Please arrive 20 minutes prior to the ceremony so you can get settled and enjoy the moment with us. The doors will close promptly at 4:30.

Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate guests listed on your wedding invitation.

We love your little ones! However, due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that this will be an adults-only wedding, aside from children of immediate family members named on the invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "The {Your Last Name} Family" if your children have been invited.

The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception are all located at the same venue, The Barn at Silverstone. Parking is available onsite. Uber is also available if you would like to reserve one in advance. Please allow plenty of extra time. It is peak season in Lancaster and especially on a Friday evening, traffic is heavy. We recommend calling your Uber or Lyft at least 20 minutes in advance.

If you’re able, staying overnight is a great option. Many nearby hotels, inns, and Airbnbs are available. Downtown Lancaster is a walkable area with plenty of shopping and dining—Airbnb is a great choice if you’re making a weekend of it. Uber and local taxis are readily available. Please note downtown is typically a 15–20 minute drive from the venue, but with tourist season and Friday traffic, allow extra travel time. See the Travel page for more details.

We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories & creams.

If we don't receive your RSVP by June 5th, we’ll assume you can’t attend. We need a final headcount for the reception, so please let us know as soon as you can—thank you!

Our ceremony will be unplugged. For this, we ask all phones and cameras to be put away and there to be no pictures or videos taken. You are more than welcome to take photos/ videos throughout the course of the reception! We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to share our wedding photos with you!

While the venue is an indoor/outdoor venue, the ceremony will take place indoors and move to an indoor/outdoor cocktail hour, followed by an indoor reception.

Harrisburg International Airport is the closest—about 30 minutes from Lancaster. You may also find more flight options at Baltimore/Washington International (BWI) or Philadelphia International (PHL), both roughly 90 miles from downtown Lancaster. If you're arriving on Friday, please allow extra travel time for traffic.

Absolutely! We'll have a sit down dinner with options for different dietary needs. Just let us know on your RSVP if you have allergies or preferences.

The dress code is formal: women may wear formal or cocktail dresses (knee-length or longer) and men should wear a suit (ties optional). Please avoid shorts and casual sundresses.
