We would appreciate if you silence and put away your phone during the ceremony. We want everyone to be present and enjoy our special moment with us. All pictures during ceremony will be taken by our photographer and content creator.

After the ceremony we are going to do a picture with everyone that is in attendance. There will be 3 pictures taken, everyone in attendance, Allyson's friends and family, then Jacob's friends and family. After those pictures are taken other than immediate family, grandparents, and wedding party may go up to the reception hall for cocktail hour.

The venue has a strict no outside alcohol rule. We will provide water for the ceremony as it is outside. During cocktail hour and the reception it will be an open bar.

The open bar will open at being of cocktail hour, 5 PM to the end of the reception, 10 PM

The venue allows guest to start arriving 30 minutes before the ceremony is to start. You can arrive as early as 3:30
