Allyson and Jackson met at Greenbrier High School when they took a culinary class together. They were friends before they started dating. It was Allyson's senior year and Jackson's junior year. It all started with a young boy thinking she was giving a hint (which she wasn't) about going to prom with just her friends. The young boy then thought this would be the perfect time to ask her to go to prom. In February, right before she went to Thailand for a mission trip, he asked her to prom at Waffle House by incorporating a Beauty and the Beast theme because that was her favorite movie. She of course said yes and they started dating on March 5, 2017. They both were involved in each other life by supporting each other through baseball and cheerleading. They were also involved in both sides of the family by going on multiple trips and just spending time with each other.

After they graduated from high school they both went to college. Jackson went to East Georgia (Swainsboro Campus) to play some baseball and then to GMC to finish his degree in Kinesiology for Physical Therapy. Allyson went to East Georgia (Augusta Campus), Georgia Southern, and then Augusta University for her Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. She is now working on her Master's degree at Augusta University.

During the transition back to Augusta, Allyson and Jackson got a wonderful dog name Chipper! He is their fur baby and is very, very spoiled if you ask anyone. Chipper also has a new brother that they adopted on New Years' Eve and his name is Murphy! He is Jackson's dream dog which is a chocolate lab. He is also going to be very spoiled as well!

Allyson is working at Evans Elementary School in 2nd grade and Jackson is a manager at Top Golf Augusta. They both love their jobs and one another. After 6 years, on February 18th 2022, Jackson finally popped the question to Allyson about being his fiancé. Without hesitation, she said yes and here we are today.
