We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends! Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate those guests who are listed on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to see you there!

Our wedding ceremony will take place at: Providence Church 1400 Old Clyde Rd Clyde, NC 28721 Reception to follow at: Springdale Resort 200 Golfwatch Rd Canton, NC 28716. Once you arrive at Springdale, please park in either the gravel or paved lot. Follow the signs directing you to the Royal Oaks Venue, located just below the Rocky Face Tavern. Please note: Springdale Resort is tucked in the mountains—cell service can be spotty, so we recommend downloading directions ahead of time.

After the ceremony, we’ll have a little time to breathe, and hug, and then it’s off to the party! Our reception is about a 25-minute drive from the ceremony location. We recommend allowing 30–35 minutes of travel time (just in case of traffic or scenic detours). You’ll have plenty of time to make your way over and get settled before the festivities begin. Full directions and addresses are listed above. Carpooling and playlists are highly encouraged. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Please plan to arrive between 1:15 PM and 1:45 PM to give yourself time to park, get settled, and mingle with fellow guests before the ceremony begins. We kindly ask that you don’t arrive earlier than 1:15 PM so everything is ready for you when you get there!

We can’t wait to celebrate with you on our special day! The dress code is semi-formal attire, such as cocktail dresses, dressy separates, or a suit and tie. We kindly ask that you avoid wearing blue jeans or sneakers. To help our photos look cohesive, we also ask that guests refrain from wearing white, green, plum, or tan suits, as these colors are reserved for the bridal party. We’re so excited to celebrate with you and want everyone to be fully present for the ceremony. We’ve hired a wonderful photographer to capture every special moment, and we’ll be sure to share those photos with you as soon as we can! With that in mind, we kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. After that? At the reception—snap away and have fun! Thanks for helping us create a meaningful, unplugged moment as we say "I do."

Cocktail hour will begin at 3:30 PM and last for about 90 minutes, following the ceremony and before the reception begins. It will take place at the Royal Oaks Venue at Springdale Resort. During this time, you’re welcome to enjoy a variety of drinks, light bites, and lawn games while we get ready to kick off the celebration!

For dinner, we’ll be serving smothered chicken with roasted potatoes, and a vegetable medley. Beverages will include water, tea, soda, and coffee. While we won’t be offering alternate entrée options, we want everyone to feel comfortable and cared for. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Alma or Gabriel so we can do our best to accommodate you.
