The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will take place at Gordon Bubolz Nature Preserve. Please be mindful the ceremony will take place outside in The Pines (rain or shine). The reception will be held indoors with outdoor spaces on the deck and patio!

What Time Should I Arrive?

The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to find your seat outside by The Pines.

What is The Dress Code?

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting a semi-formal or cocktail dress code for our wedding. We would love to see everyone in fall colors! Please be mindful the ceremony will be outdoors; we recommend flats, wedges, or block heels for shoes. Please no White clothing or Jeans

Can I Bring A Guest?

If your guest name is listed on your invite and when you RSVP, then yes! Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family!

Can I Bring My Children?

We love all of your little ones! However, for the night we would appreciate that you have a babysitter on the schedule. We decided on an age limit to keep our wedding an adult-only event (exception for the little ones in our bridal party/Immediate family). Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. We hope you understand & enjoy a night off! We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Is There Parking On Site?

Yes! Free parking is available on-site. Guests can leave vehicles overnight (if needed) although we are suggesting carpooling, lyft, or uber to the venue. We encourage you to use the shuttle service to the Fairfield inn hotel we have set up at the end of the night from 9:30pm-12:00am (only from venue to hotel) the bus will be leaving every half hour OR when it’s full

We are having an Unplugged ceremony! This means we are requesting that all phones, cameras, & devices be put away and on silent during the ceremony. We have hired professionals to capture some of the most important moments of our lives and encourage you to be present in the moment! After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like!

Will There Be An Open Bar?

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you- Get ready to celebrate!
