Engagement Party - Invitations are being mailed April 20th. Save the Dates - will be mailed August 1st 2026. Official Wedding Invitations - will be mailed January 1st 2027.

Engagement Party must be RSVP'd by October 1st, after this date late RSVPs may not be accommodated. Wedding - MUST RSVP by May 1st 2027, no exceptions will be made.

We assure you that the guest list was not made lightly and we hope you will respect our wishes and follow the invitation names provided on the RSVP. If you feel our decision was made in error, please feel free to contact us.

Vermont fall can be unpredictable, there is a heated pool on site that we will be using, so we do recommend a swimsuit should you want to join us by the pool. Formal wear for the wedding and reception is required, ladies i suggest a wide heel or flats as the ceremony will be outside weather permitting and heels and grass do not mix :) Also feel free to pack some hiking outfits for your down time should you want to go hiking in the area, there are tons of outdoor activities in the Killington town.

The welcome party and after party will both be a cash bar, you may charge this to your room if you are staying on site otherwise you can pay via debit or credit, you do not -need- to have cash. For the reception, we will be providing drinks, the hangover is on you!
