We met when we were both 17. Hunter was in his senior year of high school and I was a junior. I just wanted a prom date to make someone else jealous,but it ended up being much more than that. The first time meeting each other, Hunter came up to sonic where I was working at the time and ordered a peanut butter shake. I took his order and made sure I was his carhop. As soon as I got to his truck he was at a loss for words (which if you know Hunter, you know he has plenty to say.) He waited in the Sonic parking lot until I finished my shift and we sat outside talking and getting to know each other. That night he went home to and told his dad he “found the girl he was gonna marry.” By August of 2020 we had our first apartment together with our baby doggy miley and by January I had somehow convinced him to get not one, but two cats. December of 2021 we moved into our first house and Hunter convinced me to let him get a dog. In the past three years we’ve moved twice and added three more animals to our little family. March of 2023 we had our baby girl, Maggie! Now we’re engaged and planning our wedding.
