The ceremony will start at 5:15pm, but we ask that you arrive around 5. Cocktail hour and reception to follow.

The buses will depart the hotel at 4:30pm. The buses will depart from david’s country inn at 11pm to the hotel. As per the company policy, no food or drinks allowed on the buses!

We’d love to have our closest family and friends dress up with us! We’re requesting that all of our guests dress in formal attire. We just ask that you don’t wear white.

We’re hoping for an outdoor ceremony and then we’ll make our way inside for cocktail hour and the reception! The first week of March is tricky, so we’ll have to wait and see what Mother Nature has in store.

If your guest’s name is listed on your formal invitation, then yes! Due to limited space at our venue, we’re only able accommodate guests that are formally invited.

While we love your little ones, we have decided on a kid free evening. The only exception are the little ones in our wedding party. We hope you use the evening as a date night!
