It's about damn time. It all started in 2011 when Bryson stayed with a friend who introduced him to the Britton family (thanks, Kevin). We kept in touch after that, and I tested out the old saying: "The way to a man's heart is through his stomach" and started sending Bryson cookies while he was at the academy. The first half of our relationship was long distance, with Bryson in Texas and me in Massachusetts, but with a lot of video chatting and airline miles, we made it work. We finally moved in together in 2016 and realized that we like each other enough to stick around. Our time together has been over a decade of changes, new beginnings, new cities, new jobs, and through it all, we always have and will continue to choose each other.
