There are tons of hotels in Billings, a few of the more more well known ones are linked below, most are about 15 min from our home. Though, there are many Airbnb options if you'd prefer to be closer to the event. We've put together a basic map to help our out-of-town guests understand the area:- Heart icon = our home &amp; the reception venue- X icons = bride &amp; groom parents, should that be relative to anything- Star icons = the 3 main hotel areas to choose from- Red lines = show the direct route from each area to our home*The West-most route is all roundabouts FYI

Transportation & Parking

We encourage utilizing uber, lyft, and carpooling as much as possible. Our home is located in a small neighborhood with limited immediate parking. So everyone can understand, we've made a diagram to show the parking limits of our neighborhood. If you do drive, please be courteous to our neighbors and not block any driveways (red) and be aware that the streets are narrower and is very tight to have parking on both sides of the street. The majority of parking will most likely end up along Poly Dr (purple). We ask that if you can, refrain from parking along Vickery Dr (yellow) so that people who need to park close are able to.

Transportation

Our ceremony will be private, with just a couple people, on the morning-of. If you know anything about us, you'll know that while we wish we were the type of people that could share this moment with each and every one of you, that is just too overwhelming for us.

Our reception will be our time to celebrate our day with everyone! We will have dinner, dancing, and lots of desserts. Join us for as little or as long as you are able!!

After Party

With respect to our neighbors, after 10pm, the party will move to the Red Door (located a couple blocks from our house).Optional attendance for those who wish to continue into the night, but your wedding attire is mandatory so we can karaoke in style!!

Dressy Casual Attire

We want you to be comfortable at our wedding. We suggest the following attire:- Light dress shirt with khakis, lightweight slacks, or dressy jeans- Jackets and ties are optional- Flowy sundresses or dressy separates- Shoes suitable for a lawn location

Colors

We encourage a summery color palette. If you wish to complement the wedding colors, we suggest varying shades of pink and purple.
