What time should I arrive at the Wedding Ceremony?
The Wedding Ceremony will begin at 2:00 p.m. Please plan to be seated by 1:45 p.m.
Is the RSVP done online or by mailing an RSVP card?
The RSVP for the Wedding will all be done on this website. Please see the RSVP tab on the homepage with prompts for each invited guest to respond accordingly.
When is it necessary to provide my response for the Wedding?
We kindly request you respond by September 10, 2024.
What is the Dress Code for the Wedding Ceremony and Reception?
We request that our guests attend in formal attire. We respectfully suggest that men wear a suit and tie and women wear a cocktail dress or pantsuit.
Am I allowed to take photos at the Wedding Ceremony?
We respectfully request that you silence all electronic devices and not take any photos during the entire Wedding Ceremony. You are welcome to take pictures if you wish throughout the rest of the day and during the Wedding Reception.
Is there any suggested overnight accommodations for guests who wish to stay downtown near the reception venue?
Yes, a block of rooms has been reserved for the wedding at the Hilton Cleveland Downtown hotel. Please see the Travel tab with the details for reserving rooms.
Will there be a shuttle to and from the hotel for the Wedding Reception?
Yes, the shuttle will run from 5:30 p.m. until midnight continuously from the Hilton Cleveland Downtown to Windows on the River where the reception will be held.
Is there parking at the Wedding Reception Venue?
Parking is provided in the lot for the First Energy Powerhouse where Windows on the River is located. Parking is complimentary when you tell the attendant that you are attending the Coill – Brick Wedding Reception.
Will children be invited?
Although we love your little ones, we politely request that our special day remain adults only. We appreciate your understanding!
