The Ceremony will be held outside. The weather in October can be variable, it may still be pretty warm or starting to cool down, so please check the weather as it gets closer and dress accordingly. The Reception/Cocktail hour will primarily be inside, although there is a covered, outdoor patio available.

Both venues have ample parking available. The Grand Oak (reception venue) has a gated lot that will be locked after the event, so if you need to leave your vehicle overnight, you are welcome to do so. Please stay safe and default to a ride service or carpooling if you plan to drink. Uber & Lyft are both available in the area.

After the ceremony, the bridal party and close family will be taking pictures on-site for around an hour. Guests are welcome to change into more formal attire and head to the reception hall where we will be serving cocktails and appetizers at 6pm! We do ask that you are at the reception location prior to 6:45, so that you will be ready to participate in the grand entrance starting sharply at 7.

The Reception will be a formal event & the dress code is Black-Tie Optional. Women have the choice between a classic floor-length gown or a luxe cocktail dress. For men, you can either opt for a suit & tie or tuxedo. The ceremony will be a less-formal event, and you may opt for cocktail or semi-formal attire.

We are excited to serve Assyrian food, which will be a Mediterranean style menu. Vegetarian and alternative meals are available upon request - please do us a favor and specify this need or any other dietary restrictions when you RSVP.

Please check out the travel tab for our recommended hotels that are minutes away from the venue by car. The hotels are near shopping, food, and the freeway. AirBnB is also an option in the area.
