Please read this full page regarding our wedding details and safety procedures put in place. We are so excited to be able to share this important moment in our lives with each and every one of you! The following information on this page is filled with helpful info regarding the day's events. The ceremony and reception are scheduled to occur outside in the venue's courtyard so please bring a jacket if the day is chilly. If the day brings rain, there is an alternate plan in place. Please bring a comfortable mask in case event goes indoors (the venue has disposable masks if needed). Per venues request, please arrive no earlier than 3:40pm and no later than 3:55 (approx. 5-20 minutes prior to the ceremony) in order to ensure the ceremony procession can occur promptly.  A large gravel parking lot is located at the entrance of the venue for guest use. There will be hot apple cider and additional light refreshments (water, tea, etc.) prior to ceremony start.  The ceremony will be followed by indoor/outdoor cocktail hour and then reception until 9:30pm when the event officially concludes. Smoking cigarettes and the use of e-cigarettes/vapes is strictly prohibited on-site(there will designated smoking area out in the gravel parking lot).  There will be an abundance of delicious food, photo booth opportunities, yard games to play, fire pits for s'mores, and plenty of music so we both hope you have a wonderful time with us on our special day. Here are a few ways we’re keeping you safe. VENUE IMPROVEMENTS - AIR PURIFICATION: We have invested in ActivePure® technology, the air purifying system that eliminates harmful contaminants in the air and on surfaces while also reducing exposure to common bacteria and viruses and their effects on health and wellness. - AIR FILTRATION: Our system uses the highest-rated MERV f ilters possible, keeping our air as clean as possible from airborne particulates. - KEEPING IT CLEAN: We’re meeting and exceeding all CDC guidelines for sanitation including the addition of hand sanitizer stations displayed at entrances of event venues to match our venues’ aesthetic. We’ ll also ensure our doors are propped open to eliminate high touch surface areas and promote airflow. - SAFE DISTANCE: We’ve created multiple floorplan options to help promote social distancing while in the yellow phase of re-opening. When we enter the green phase any adjustment to promote social distancing will be available upon client request. Additional high-top tables will be available to decrease amount of people congregating at one table. - SERVICE STYLE: We will offer alternative formats for the presentation and service style of each course in an effort to follow any new suggested practices, while maintaining the true terrain experience. - STAFF HEALTH/SAFETY: Employees are routinely washing their hands and taking part in temperature checks. We have also mandated the use of masks and vinyl gloves for all employees during the yellow phase of re-opening. Couples and their guests are not required to wear a mask within the parameters of our private space. However, there will be masks and gloves for any guest who would like them. CULINARY IMPROVEMENTS - Meals: Hors D’oeuvres will be altered to be presented individually with eco-friendly single use disposable ware and covered until consumption. All bread, appetizers, entrees, and desserts will be individually plated and served to guests at their table. - Beverages: straws and coffee stirrers will be individually wrapped and available upon request. Bartenders will wear masks and gloves when serving beverages and use tongs for any garnishes. Hand sanitizer will be available at the bar areas and various entrance points.
