Sam was one of the first people Alyssa met when she moved to Columbus to teach. They both share a love of Real Housewives and other trash TV.

Jeremy is the "brother" closest in age to Kyle. Some of Kyle's favorite memories with Jeremy were building forts and bicycling out to the North Platte River.

Without Tiffany (and Landon) there would be no wedding. They are the ones who set up Alyssa and Kyle. Tiffany told Alyssa that Kyle would be a good match because he has the same sense of humor as her.

Landon is another of Kyle's "brothers". Kyle loves any time that they can spend out on the lake. They also enjoy helping each other with home renovations.

Alyssa met Cas back in first grade because of Girl Scouts and they have remained life long friends.

Sara is the sister of Kyle.

Michael is the little brother of Alyssa and couldn't think of a better man for his sister.

In high school, Sarah and Alyssa had secret sneaky skills and therefore gave each other the nickname Nina (short for Ninja). They have continued a great friendship ever since.

Spencer is also one of Kyle's "brothers". They enjoy time on the range,

Alyssa and Christina met while in India, and while distance makes it hard for them to hang out they have stayed in each other's lives and often compare what its like teaching in different states.

Tristan is the youngest of Kyle's "brothers". Kyle loved being apart of Tristan's life when Tristan was young.

Lupin was the first love in Alyssa's life, and if you ask Kyle she love Lupin more than him. Lupin has grown to love Kyle as much as Alyssa, mostly for all the good scratches.

Jack is the newest member of the family and has fit in since day one. Alyssa got him because Kyle said they could only have more dogs if they got a black lab but now their family would be incomplete without him.
