Make sure to add "Evans-Olson Wedding 10/3/26" in the "Message" field of the reservation form.

Guests can still book on-site lodging after 12/31/25, there is just a higher chance of the cabins getting booked after that date since they will be released to the general public.

If you do not wish to stay on site, the town of Mancos (10 minute drive from Echo Basin) and Durango (35 minute drive from Echo Basin) both have hotel/Airbnb/VRBO options.
