The ceremony and reception will both be held at the same location, mostly outdoors and uncovered. Please dress accordingly and bring sunscreen or a hat if you’re sun-sensitive.

Only children and plus ones who are explicitly named on your invitation are invited. We love your little ones and your people, but due to space limitations, we’re keeping the guest list close and intentional.

Parking is available at the venue. You’ll see signage and friendly folks helping direct you to the right spot when you arrive.

Nope — the entire venue is a smoke-free zone. That means no open flames or lit cigarettes. Vapes and e-cigarettes are okay in designated areas.

Yes! We’ll have an open bar with wine, beer, seltzer, and cider — but no hard liquor. Dinner will be served buffet-style with BBQ favorites and plenty of dessert to follow. We’ll also have vegan and vegetarian options available.

To keep the ceremony smooth and uninterrupted, late arrivals may be asked to wait until after the ceremony ends to join. We recommend giving yourself a little buffer time — better early than awkwardly fashionably late!

Cocktail Attire: Earth tones are encouraged! Think olive, rust, berry pink, mauve, sage, etc. The celebration will take place mostly outdoors and uncovered. We recommend comfortable shoes that can handle grass and gravel with ease.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM, so please arrive a bit early to grab a seat. Right after we say “I do,” we’ll move into the reception — where there’ll be food, drinks, dancing, and celebration! We’ll be partying the night away until 10:00 PM, and we can’t wait to share every moment with you.
