Home 2 Suites by Hilton Ocean City Bayside
If you are planning to celebrate with us, we do recommend booking a place to stay as soon as possible as reservations tend to fill up quickly in August at the beach. The White Marlin Open (the largest & richest billfish tournament in the world!) is also going on at the same time which may make the area busier than usual.
We have arranged for a room block at Home 2 Suites Bayside in Ocean City, conveniently located about 5-7 minutes from our venue, Lighthouse Sound. The block is available from August 7th - August 10th. You can choose to arrange reservations for any or all of those nights, whatever fits your travel plans. Check-in time is 4PM, check-out time is 11AM. Reservations within the block must be made by Monday, July 7, 2025, but may be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to the reservation. We will plan to provide shuttle transportation to and from the venue.

Transportation
For our guests flying in from out of town, airport options are below:
1. Salisbury - Ocean City (SBY): local airport, approximately 30 minutes drive from the venue. Avis and Enterprise car rentals are located at the airport. Since it's a small airport, flights may be a bit pricier and it would be worth booking rental cars sooner rather than later.
2. Baltimore (BWI): approximately 2.5 hours drive from the venue. Most major rental car companies should be available. If you're traveling on the Friday afternoon, there may be some beach traffic heading from Baltimore to Ocean City.
3. Philadelphia (PHL): approximately 2.5 hours drive from the venue. Most major rental car companies should be available. If you're traveling on the Friday afternoon, there may be some beach traffic heading from Philly to Ocean City.
While in Ocean City, you can get around by car or Uber. The OC Beach Bus also offers some entertainment while traveling at economy rates.
