Matthew and Alyssa first met during second-period algebra in 2018. (although Matthew had an eye for Alyssa in the sixth grade) . Matthew mustered up the courage to ask Alyssa to go to a movie with a group of friends and the rest is history!

After graduating high school in 2020, Alyssa and Matthew both attended the University of North Dakota to pursue their degrees, however, neither one of them graduated from UND haha. One of their favorite memories from attending UND was adopting their 7 guinea pigs!

On Alyssa and Matthew's 5th anniversary, Matthew finally popped the question while they were on a picnic in Seratoma Park. Matthew planned an amazing picnic with sandwiches and mac and cheese from Panera. Matthew had also planned for some of Alyssa's closest friends to go undercover to capture the best moments of their lives so far!

We cannot wait to celebrate with you at our wedding ceremony and reception in Septmeber!
