A theory that people are connected to others in their lives by an unbreakable, unseen thread that transcends time, distance, and geography.

The invisible string of Alyssa and Dan did not start just a mere three years ago. They have been in one another’s lives essentially since they were children. Dan lived next to Alyssa’s cousin, Shayna, and over the years they crossed paths at several family parties, sharing a conversation or two but continued on with their individual lives. Dan living and working in Connecticut and Alyssa traveling to Boston, Texas, and a few other places in between. It was not until April of 2021 that the two of them would discover this unbreakable invisible string between them.

The beginning of their relationship started over a few drinks and Taco Bell in the back yard at, ironically… a family party. From that point the two went on a few dates; slowly getting to know each other. It wasn’t until a wedding weekend in Vermont that these two love birds became inseparable. After that weekend, Dan and Alyssa spent weekends flying back and forth from Connecticut to Texas to be with each other. They quickly discovered they shared many things in common: specifically their obsession with dogs, sushi, and mini golf. If you have ever had the chance to spend just a few moments with Dan and Alyssa you instantly feel the love and admiration between them, but most importantly, it is evident that they are one another’s best friend.

The invisible string of Alyssa and Dan continues to bring them closer and on May 10th, 2025 the two of them will celebrate this unbreakable connection as they say ‘I do’ forever. Get your dancing shoes ready because if you know these two, their happy feet will be taking off!
