Their story began sophomore year of high school, when Alyssa and Dallin met in driver’s ed through a mutual friend. Alyssa was drawn to Dallin’s humor and outgoing personality, while Dallin couldn’t resist how cute and quiet Alyssa was. After waiting four months for Alyssa to turn 16, Dallin officially asked her to be his girlfriend just three days later, and they’ve been inseparable ever since. Throughout high school, they shared so many special moments—school dances, late-night talks, and cheering each other on in everything they did whether it was wrestling, soccer, school or work. They were always there for each other. After graduation, their journey took on new challenges and milestones. Alyssa went on to play college soccer in Centralia, Washington while Dallin served an LDS mission in Ghana. Despite the hundreds sometimes thousands of miles between them, they stayed close through weekly calls and letters, where Alyssa shared every detail of her days so Dallin could still feel connected. When he returned home, they made the most of their long-distance relationship with virtual game nights and meaningful time together. Together, Alyssa and Dallin have grown through so many experiences—graduating high school, serving the Lord, playing college sports, and even spending two years apart to become the people they needed to be. They have been through sickness and health and now, they’re ready to begin the next chapter and continue growing together for eternity. One of Alyssa’s favorite memories of their time together is a date at the Butterfly Biosphere. The day was filled with beautiful moments—holding butterflies, taking pictures, and simply enjoying each other’s company. Three years later, Dallin brought her back to the garden outside the Butterfly Dome. There, he got down on one knee with a handmade soccer ball that read, Marry Me. It was the most perfect proposal, filled with thoughtfulness and love. Dallin is completely infatuated with Alyssa, and she loves him with everything she has. Not once has he ever raised his voice, or made her feel less than. Everyday Dallin reminds her of how special and loved she is. Alyssa has found everything she could ever want or need in Dallin. From high school sweethearts to forever partners, Alyssa and Dallin have a once in a lifetime storybook kind of love, and they’re so excited for all the adventures ahead.

Krysta is Alyssa’s little sister and best friend. Alyssa says, “ I couldn’t imagine this day without her by my side. We’ve gone through everything together, and I want her with me as I start a new chapter of life.”

Ashlyn is a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and is serving in Korea. Alyssa says, “ Ashlyn is the greatest friend a person can have. It’s such a bittersweet thing knowing she won’t be at my wedding, but I’m so proud of her for choosing to serve the lord. I want her to know how special she is to me, so I made her an honorary bridesmaid so she can be there in spirit!”

Alyssa and Katie met in college. Katie has been such a light in Alyssa’s life these past two years, and is the absolute sweetest person to exist. Alyssa says, “I’m so happy to be friends with her, Katie lights up every room she walks in.”

Rikki and Alyssa met playing club soccer in Utah, and made the move to Washington together. Alyssa says, “ Rikki has always been there for me, she is the most amazing friend someone could have.”

Felicity is Alyssa’s freshman year college roommate and friend. Alyssa says, “ Fel’s friendship was sudden and unexpected, but as soon as I had it I wondered how I ever lived without her.”
