We ask that you RSVP on this website as soon as you can! The final day to RSVP is September 1, 2025. We ask that you RSVP by this date due to our vendor's cut off date. After that, unfortunately, any unanswered invites will have to be marked as "not attending"

We ask that you dress in semi-formal attire. We ask that men wear pants or nice jeans with a button up shirt and/or tie and the women wear "Sunday's Best" dresses. The weather in October in Hendersonville is usually warm during the day and chilly at night. Jackets and sweaters to stay warm are encouraged. Yes! We will have a selection of beer, wine, and seltzers. However, we will not be providing transportation from the venue. We ask that if you drink, you are also accompanied by a designated driver.

We ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. This ensures that all guests are able to park and proceed to their seats before the start of the ceremony.

NO! We ask that you refrain from using cameras and other sources of photography. This will be an unplugged ceremony.

Of course! We love kids! However, we ask that they are not left unattended at the ceremony/reception.

Our ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting) so be cautious of heels. The reception will be indoors.

Yes! We will have good music, food, drinks, & an attended fire pit.

Our ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting) following by our reception which will be held indoors. However, yard games and a fire pit will proceed during the cocktail hour and reception outdoors.
