We are asking everyone to please arrive to the venue at 11:00am. This will ensure that everyone will be on time for the Ceremony that will be starting at 11:30am. There will be welcome drinks in the Atrium while you wait for the day to begin. Thank you in advance!

Our celebration will be formal! For women, floor-length gowns or dressy midi dresses are perfect; for men, a suit and tie fits the occasion. We kindly ask you to avoid the color brown, as it’s reserved for the wedding party. Dress to impress! You can never look too good.

The ceremony will be outdoors in the afternoon, and the patio will be open to all during the cocktail hour for pictures and partying as well - as long as weather permits! We are expecting and hoping for beautiful mid October weather, so feel free to bring a light jacket or shawl if you need to.

We are so grateful to have so many important people we want to celebrate with, however our guest list is limited due to space and budget. Invitations will be directed to "Your Name & Guest" or "The Blank Family" if we are able to accommodate a guest for you to bring or the whole family to come and spend the day with us. Thank you for your understanding.

The absolute last day for you to RSVP is September 19th, 2026. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any spots after this date, so we kindly ask to have your response back to us in a timely manner!

There will be a shuttle picking guests up from the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Hauppauge at 10:30 the morning of October 17th. For those who are not staying at the hotel, there will be valet at the venue for anyone who needs to drive in.
