Semi-Formal/Polished Western. Example for Women: mid to floor-length dress with cowboy boots or heels. Example for Men: A dress-shirt and dark jeans/nice pants/slacks, with the option to wear a blazer/suit coat. Cowboy boots and dress-shoes are acceptable. Western hats are welcome to all! "Semi-formal gives you flexibility on comfort, but be sure not to dress too casual"

All invited guests will be listed on our website once the "Save the Dates" are sent. If your invitation is addressed to you "and guest", you are welcome to bring a date; otherwise we kindly ask that you attend unaccompanied. Due to limited space at our venue, we can only accommodate our closest family and friends. We thank you for your understanding!

Although we love your little ones, please note that our wedding will be an adult only event. This will allow our guests to relax for a night of celebration. Thank you for your understanding.

Yes! Both the Ceremony and Reception will be at Spruce Mountain Ranch. Please keep in mind that our ceremony site is about a 10 minute walk from the parking lot. Additionally, there will be a complimentary shuttle service provided if preferred.

The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM sharp. Please arrive 30-45 minutes prior to the start time to ensure our timeline for the night remains on schedule (around 3:15pm). Take into consideration that Monday after-work traffic will probably be present. As mentioned previously, give yourself at least an extra 10-15 minutes to walk/be shuttled to our ceremony site.

Both! The Ceremony will be held outdoors along with cocktail hour. The Reception will be held inside, with the exception of the dance floor (It cools down at night so don't forget to bring a jacket!)

We would love to have as many photos and videos captured of our wedding day as possible. You are more than welcome to take photos and videos during our ceremony, but we kindly ask that you do so in a timely manner while staying at your seats and out of the aisle; allowing our photographers and videographers to have the best views possible when trying to capture our big day! For the rest of the wedding, you are free to take as many pictures and videos as you please.

We ask that you RSVP as soon as possible, however, our deadline for final RSVP's will be August 1st, 2024. You are able to RSVP here on our website at your earliest convenience.

Yes! All alcohol and beverages for the evening of the wedding will be pre-paid for. Please keep in mind that one drink at altitude equals two drinks at sea level. Our venue also asks that no outside alcohol is brought on the premises due to liquor license restrictions, we appreciate your cooperation. 🖤
