We do have a hotel block open at the Wyndham in Downtown Rochester, which you can access the link for booking on our Travel/Stay page. But no one is obligated to stay there. We have also added several other hotel recommendations that are well reviewed and all with varying price points that can fit your budget. They are listed by distance from downtown where the venue is. In order to check the room rates, you can click on the links provided. Regardless of where you choose to stay, everything is well within 15-20 minutes of travel time within the Rochester area. Yes, our venue will be hosting both the ceremony and reception, on top of providing catering as well.

-There is a city parking garage directly across the street from our venue. Parking is free on weekends. -We will also be providing an uber/lyft discount code for those who prefer to imbibe and not drive.

Cocktail Attire: Cocktail attire means wearing something more elevated than semi-formal attire but less dressy than formal attire. -A suit and tie or well-tailored blazer and dress pants are preferable for men. -Jumpsuits and mini, knee-length and midi cocktail dresses are great options for women. -We are hosting at an industrial venue with boho/fall inspired decor.

Due to budgetary constraints and the desire to make this an enjoyable event for all, we are limiting our guest list to only people 18+. We cannot make any exceptions as half of our guest list will be traveling from multiple hours away. We have reached out personally to those who will have difficulties with this and have arranged for childcare on their behalf.

We will ensure including space for you to inform us of these issues on your RSVP card when we send out formal invitations 12 weeks prior to our big day.
