Thankfully, she made it up to him, and a real first date finally happened. On their second date, at a Fourth of July parade, Alyssa took matters into her own hands by asking, "Are you going to ask me to be your girlfriend?" Dylan, who thought they already were together, happily agreed. The rest is inseparable history.
