The day we met! Our story is full of crazy coincidences, but this one starts them off. Ian and Alyssa met at the Central Michigan University's 2019 Homecoming Tailgate., except...not actually AT the tailgate. They met a few hours later in front of a porta-potty off-campus as both were ditching the game with separate groups. Romance 😉. After exchanging social medias, in the SMALLEST of coincidences, we later found out that the porta-potty was not our first encounter. We were actually at the SAME tailgate party hours prior and never met! The proof? A photo of said tailgate party posted by Ian's sister Michaela with Alyssa in the background (!!!!). Yep. 🤯

Throughout the last 2 years of college for us both, we had gone on a lot of adventures. From visiting Ian's cousin Ty in the U.P. of Michigan, to watching each other graduate college (even though Ian didn't walk....) 😉🎓

A lot has changed since we both graduated college. Ian got a job in INDIANA, so that is where the both of us have resided since June of 2021. Ian works as a plastics engineer, while Alyssa teaches 6th grade ELA and Social Studies. We adopted 2 children...I mean cats..... named Goose and Millie and we love them very much. ❤️

THE PROPOSAL! The moment we (Alyssa) had been waiting for! We are both so excited to start our lives together as husband and wife.
