While on the dating app Hinge, we found each other and decided to go on a first date after a few weeks of talking back in early May of 2021. We went on our first date together at Sushi Zen in Brighton and had such a good time that we went over to Jameson's until late into the evening getting to know one another. He first asked me to be his girlfriend on 06/08/2021 and our first photo together was this one later in August when we went out on a fun little lake excursion together with friends!

Me (being an awesome girlfriend and wanting to go places together) booked us a fun weekend out in Holland where we had lots of fun on the beach and walking around downtown at the shops and restaurants.

Later in October I went up to Bois Blanc Island to the family cabin for the first time where I got to meet his dad Bill as well! We ended up cutting the weekend short because Daniel developed strep throat, but overall, it was a fun time.

During this weekend in October, we went to Erwin Orchards in South Lyon (before it became the disappointing Blake's Orchards it is now.) It was a fun day apple picking with our friends Alyssa and Drew!

Daniel, being the thoughtful boyfriend he was at the time, got us some tickets to the Wild Lights night at the Detroit Zoo. It was chilly, but we had never-ending hot chocolate to keep us warm. It was so much fun!

A few days later, he introduced me to who is now my favorite EDM/Metal artist, Sulllivan King! We had such a blast!!

Another concert together a few months later. We didn't take many photos together in between the wedding and now, we were busy!

Later that month, Daniel's big sister Sara got married in Oregon. Big congrats to the happy couple. It was such a wonderful and eventful weekend with family!

Later on in March of 2023, we got the privilege of going down to his grandparent's condo down in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. It was such a fun week in the sun with family!!! I hope to be able to go back down with them soon, if flights become more affordable.

Later on in the year I went to Electric Forest music festival with Daniel and a bunch of is coworkers. We had fun, it was very very dusty and dry that weekend, small concerts are more my speed.

Later that year, we went down to Nashville, TN to celebrate the wedding of my cousin Rick and his lovely wife Savannah!!

The following month, we celebrated another wedding, but on Daniel's mom's side of the family, this time, in Wisconsin.

On this day, Daniel got down on one knee at Scott Falls which is a cute little waterfall off of a road in the UP. It was a sweet intimate moment between him and I and I couldn't have been happier....

......or so I thought. Little did I know they had a few of my best friends stashed away at one of the cabins to surprise me when we came back and celebrated. Then I started crying because I was so happy they were there to be with me!

My beautiful rose gold opal/diamond ring. I couldn't have asked for anything more perfect. I've never wanted an actual diamond ring. I've always been more of a gemstone person.

Later the next month, we celebrated his cousin Emily's wedding with family!
