While Alyssa and Drake may not have met in the most fun of ways one of Drakes favorite stories was their first ever date, but he will tell that story at the wedding.

They met online back in June of 2024, started dating in July of 2024 then got engaged a year later in the cutest way.

On their one year anniversary Drake planned the whole day, making Alyssa’s favorite cinnamon rolls for breakfast, taking a nap, going to pottery painting, dinner, then coming home to take Stella to a nice park for a walk. While everyone would expect the proposal to have happened at the park with their dog it happened at pottery painting, very subtly, not even the staff noticed. While Alyssa was hyper focused on painting her mug Drake turns around his dragon statue he had been painting and says “Hey, look at this” and the dragon has ‘Will u marry me’ written on it and in the other hand he was holding out the ring. Alyssa was so excited and even a bit surprised but now forever has that dragon statue on display. Don’t question that dragon.
