Our ceremony will start at 3:00 pm at the Merry family Pond! Please plan to arrive sometime between 2:30pm and 2:50pm so we can start on schedule. The address in google maps is 9411 Youngs Road, Arkport NY 14807. There will also be signs directing you to the site!

As much as we love you and your children, this will be an adults-only event. We want everyone to fully enjoy themselves and be present in the moment, without the added responsibility of looking after their children. That being said, unless your invitation specifically includes your entire family, please respect our wishes and arrange for childcare.

As mentioned in the travel section, we have space available for campers and RVs. While we do not have electric or water hookups, they are still welcome. Please reach out to us at least a month in advance (by 7/9/25) if you plan to bring a camper or RV, so we can ensure we accommodate everyone. We will coordinate with you directly to arrange arrival times.

The dress code for the day is Semi- Formal. Our venue is mostly outdoors, with some areas covered by structures or tents. That being said, we want everyone to feel their best!

Your invitation will indicate if you have a plus one. If you do, please let us know when you RSVP whether or not they will be attending.

Yes! A shuttle will be provided from the hotel to the site at 2:00pm, & then later in the night from the site to the hotel. More details will be found at welcome table.

Yes, there will be parking available for guests driving to the venue. If you are bringing someone who may have difficulty walking longer distances or navigating uneven grass, please let us know by 7/9/25 so we can make the necessary accommodations.

We kindly request that our wedding ceremony be an unplugged one, meaning we’d love for everyone to turn off their phones and other devices during this special moment. This way, we can all be fully present and enjoy the experience together. We have a photographer capturing everything, so you’ll be able to enjoy the photos afterward without worry!

Yes! We’d love for all our guests to stick around after the DJ wraps up—the celebration continues with live music.
