We have decided to have our ceremony on the beach and due to this we are only allowed 50 people to attend the ceremony. Please understand our decision and know that everyone is welcome to come celebrate! Cocktail hour begins at 12:45p at the Barn at the Resort.
Are children allowed?
We have chosen to have a kid free ceremony as well as reception. Thank you for your understanding.
Will there be an open or cash bar?
There will be an open bar. Unfortunately, the bar staff will not serve shots, but we will be providing a variety of liquor, craft & domestic beer, & seltzers!
Please remember to bring your ID if you plan on drinking as we will have a bar staff that is required to verify before serving. Thank you!
Are photos allowed?
Please refrain from taking any photos or videos during the ceremony as we have hired a dedicated photographer to capture those moments. All photos are welcome at the reception! The photographer has been given permission to address you directly if your device is out during the ceremony.
Where do we smoke?
Unfortunately, the venues are smoke-free. All smoking must be in the parking lot. We, as the bride & groom, are 'green' friendly - please anticipate 'green' smells in the parking lot area :)
No need to mail out your RSVP's, when the time comes we'll send out a link through our website. Please RSVP by June 7th so we have ample time to provide vendors with the guest list!
What's the dress code?
The dress code is formal, but please remember it is mid July so comfort is also priority! Please dress according to the occasion, the ceremony will be held on the beach at 10:30am. Cocktail hour begins at 12:45p at the Barn.
Will there be a time gap between the ceremony and reception?
There will be a gap in between the ceremony and reception. We've allotted time for photos with our guests once the ceremony concludes as well as time to mingle and travel. Cocktail hour begins at 12:45pm
Will there be a photobooth/station?
We will have a designated spot to take pictures. We will be providing our polaroid camera and a backdrop. If you have a polaroid of your own, feel free to bring it along and snap some pictures at the reception! Please also sign your name, leave a note on the back, and drop in the designated box.
Can I post wedding photos on social media?
We would love to see your photos! We will be creating a QR code that will be displayed at each table for everyone to upload photos, videos, & notes! Please refrain from posting pictures online until we've had a chance to do so!
What health & safety measures will be taken?
The answer to that is none! Please be courteous and stay home if you are feeling unwell; otherwise, lets party!
Where will wedding updates be posted?
All information pertaining to the wedding can be found here on our website or in our designated Facebook groups. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns. Please also note, we will be quite busy the last 30 days leading up to the day of, so we'd prefer to answer them beforehand.
Can I bring a plus one?
Each invitation will display the names of the individuals welcome to either the ceremony, reception, or both. Please do not bring any additional guests other than those listed on the invitations as we will not have additional food and seating. Thank you for respecting our wishes & we look forward to celebrating with you all!
Where can I find the wedding registry?
Our wedding registry can be found right here on the website, Amazon, & Honeyfund. We have picked out some gifts, but we have also setup a honeymoon fund that we'd prefer over gifts if possible. Gifts & donations are absolutely optional and greatly appreciated.
What time should I arrive?
If you were invited to the ceremony, please arrive no later than 10:00am to be seated before the wedding party arrives and allow our vendors and coordinators to perform their tasks. If you were invited to the reception, the doors will be open at 12:45p where cocktail hour will begin.
Parking at the ceremony is first come, first served. There shouldn't be any issues since it is earlier in the day. For groups larger than 4 with driving children, please try to fit as many to a single vehicle as possible to avoid lack of parking.
Where should I park?
Ceremony parking will be discussed with those invited. For those of you arriving at the reception, the entrance is a driveway that you drive through to access the barn. Please park in the dirt/grass in front of the barn. Please refrain from parking on the side of the barn as that is reserved for the bride, groom, and vendors.
Will there be desserts?
We will have a single round cake for us to cut, but otherwise we will be serving chocolate chip cookies!
What does the menu look like?
We have decided against printing out menus for everyone. There will be a taco bar/buffet with your choice of 2 sides.
Where should I sit at the ceremony?
The first two rows on both sides are reserved for parents and grandparents. The rest of the seats are first come, first served.
Am I invited to the ceremony, reception, or both?
Please take the time to carefully read your invitation. If you are invited to the ceremony, those details will be displayed on your invitation with "Reception to follow" at the bottom. If you were invited to the reception, those details will be displayed instead. Please know that if you were invited to the ceremony that you are also invited to the reception, but the names listed on the back of your invitation are the only ones invited.
Is there a hotel room block?
We have reserved a block of rooms. 15 Double Queens, 10 Kings for 7/18 & 7/19 - Rooms are not required for anyone but the wedding party. First come, first served basis - Reserve by June 20, 2025
