We’re so excited to host you at Waterfall Lodge and Retreat for our wedding celebration! We've reserved onsite cabins for our closest family and friends to stay with us on the property.
If you RSVP'd for onsite lodging, we have assigned you and your party in one of the 32 cabins onsite.
If you are planning not to stay with us, please let us know ASAP so we can make adjustments.
How to Book Your Cabin
1. Find your name/party name on the cabin list below.
2. Take note of your assigned cabin number and name.
3. Click the BOOKING LINK.
4. Only select your assigned cabin and follow the steps to confirm your stay.

Additional Info for Booking Your Cabin
- All cabins, with the exception of the lodge rooms L1 and L2, all cost a flat rate of $295 per night plus taxes and fees.
- Each cabin is assigned to a specific party — please only book the cabin assigned to your group.
- The booking link displays all 32 cabins, but again: only book the one we've designated for you.
- You have the option to book for 2 nights (check in Wednesday, 9/17) or 1 night (check in Thursday, 9/18).
- Checkout for everyone will be 10:00am on Friday, 9/18.

Frequently Asked Questions
I am booked with other people, how can I split the cost?
Contact David at +1 (408) 813-9689 and he'll help you facilitate splitting the cost of the cabin with your other guests.
What time can I check in?
Via Waterfall Lodge: Cabin check-in is at 3:00pm on Wednesday and 1:00pm on Thursday. Check-out is 10:00am, please leave your keys in your cabin. We are unable to accommodate early check-ins & late check-outs.
Are bathrooms inside the cabins?
Yes — every cabin has a private bathroom and hot water. Blankets, towels, bedding, and essentially everything else you will find in a hotel room will be in your cabin.
Is there WiFi / how is the cell service?
There is limited cell service at the venue, and Wi-Fi is available in select areas (but may be spotty). We encourage you to unplug and enjoy the natural beauty of the retreat!
What is the parking situation?
There is parking onsite, however it is limited to 1-2 cars per cabin. If possible, plan to carpool with others to keep parking spots available to our mobility-limited guests.
There is an internal shuttle running on the property every day from 12pm-10pm.

Are pets allowed?
We love furry friends, but pets are not allowed at the venue due to venue policy. Thank you for making alternate arrangements.
I've decided I do not want to stay in an onsite cabin. Are there hotel options nearby?
