We ask all guests to please arrive between 3:30-3:45pm. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm.

Our wedding theme is western/rustic. We recommend women wear casual/flowy dresses and men wear jeans and a button up. Please no shorts! We are asking guests to please refrain from wearing bright or vibrant colors, instead, think earth tones (tans, browns, muted colors & warm tones).

Although we love all your children, we are choosing to keep our wedding 18+, with the exception of a few close family members.

In order to stay within venue capacity, we are limiting plus ones. Please refer to your invitation or reach out with questions!

Our ceremony will take place outdoors, with an indoor reception to follow. In the case of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved indoors.

Yes! There will be a shuttle provided that will take guests to both of the hotels we have room blocks with (GrandStay & AmericInn - Apple Valley). The shuttle will run 3 times throughout the night, stopping at both of these hotels. Shuttle times are 10:15pm, 11:15pm & 12:15pm.

From Glenhaven - "If you are not 100% able to drive home safely, please leave your car at the venue overnight until the next day by noon. Do not leave valuables in the car. We will not watch your car, but we will not tow it away either."

The first hour after our ceremony concludes will be a cash bar, after that, it will be a partially hosted bar (beer, wine & seltzers will be covered) and any other drinks will need to be paid for as you order. *IDs will be checked*
