While our story truly starts in middle school, we first met in first-grade!

On October 20th, 2023, we got engaged in Knoxville, Tennessee! It was such a sweet moment for us both! Tate proposed at a lake near a restaurant called Lakeside Tavern. This place held a sweet memory. It was a spot we both went to the first time I visited him in Tennessee.

Tate had asked me where I wanted to eat for dinner with friends, knowing exactly where she would pick. Before going to dinner, I insisted on revisiting this spot and wanted to take pictures with him and his friends.

As we took pictures and I was facing away, Tate knelt on one knee to asked me to marry him... and I said DUH.

Tate's brother, Gage, was able to drive up with his wife, Lauren, to capture the special moment!
