While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults only event, with the exception of a few children in our immediate family. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us. Thank you for understanding!

Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We can only accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, you will see an option to RSVP for them.

We are requesting cocktail attire (semi-formal to formal). We can’t wait to see you dressed up with us so you can look and feel your best! No jeans please! Please avoid white/ivory/cream colors and/or anything that photographs or appears bridal in any way. The bridesmaids will be in champagne so please avoid this choice.

Yes! The drinks are on us. However, we do ask that you tip your bartenders. Please drink responsibly! If you do plan on drinking, please take advantage of our shuttle services and/or plan rides accordingly.

Please arrive at 3:00, promptly 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. If you are not seated by 3:25, we ask that you watch from the barn area as to not interrupt the wedding party or bride walking down the aisle. The ceremony will start at 3:30

No, we have hired an amazing photographer that we trust to capture our big day and would love for our guests to be in the moment with us. We are having an unplugged ceremony, please silence and put away all cell phones. We want to minimize people having their phones out in our professional photos. After the ceremony is over, feel free to take pictures.

We have rooms blocked at the Schoenbrunn Inn and Best Western Dutch Valley Inn. The rooms are reserved for our wedding guests for Friday and/or Saturday night. You must book by 5/14/25 to receive the discounted price that is offered with our block. There are many other hotel options in the area as well. We have reserved a 20 person shuttle that will be leaving from Schoenbrunn Inn starting at 2pm and another at 2:30 pm. At the end of the night, there will be multiple shuttle trips available to take guests back to the Schoenbrunn Inn at various times.

Onsite parking is available at the venue. However, if you are staying at the Schoenbrunn Inn, we are providing shuttle services to and from so that our guests can leave their car at the hotel if they wish.
