Q + A

What Should I Wear?

The dress code is Semi Formal. We will be on the grass area facing Tampa Bay waters for the ceremony, on the deck for cocktail hour, and then inside for the reception. I recommend bringing sunglasses and comfortable shoes to walk around. We want you to be comfortable, thus making it a semi-formal occasion.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

We ask that you arrive around 5:00 pm. The parking lot is right next to/under the ceremony area, it is a short walk. Therefore, the bride requests that people arrive early so she can walk down the aisle without any distractions of cars driving by, people getting out of the car, etc.

Where do I park?

Tampa Bay Watch has a shell parking lot that extends even under the venue. There are about 50 spaces. However, if needed, there is additional parking right across the street. We ask if possible to carpool with other attendees if possible to save space.

Where should I get a hotel?

Tierra Verde is a pretty deserted place. There is only one hotel in the city which is the first listed in the travel section. I highly suggest booking an Airbnb in Tierra Verde because it is about the same price as hotels around the area and way closer to the wedding venue!

Can I Bring A Guest?

We indicated on your invitation if you are able to bring a guest. We tried to invite everyone to have a plus one. For example, Sally Johnson + Guest. However, if you are listed with a significant other such as "Sally Johnson + Bill Johnson", then we ask you to refrain from bringing guests as we are trying to make a more initimate affair. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause, if you insist on bringing a plus one, please contact Alyssa or Zach. We will try to accommodate everyone <3

Will Alcoholic Drinks be covered at the Wedding?

We are hiring a bartending service that will provide alcoholic drinks to the guests. There will be a bar set up during the cocktail hour and reception.
