WHERE ARE YOU REGISTERED?

Your presence at our celebration is truly the greatest gift, and no additional gifts are expected. For those who have kindly expressed interest, we are registered at The Knot and Amazon. For your convenience, please visit the “Registry” tab on this website to access our registries directly, where both physical gifts and contributions to cash funds may be made through The Knot.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

We kindly request that guests wear cocktail attire. We’re keeping it classic—cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, suits or blazers are all welcome.

IS THE WEDDING INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Both! The ceremony will take place outdoors nestled against the beautiful backdrop of the Catoctin Mountains. Cocktail hour will provide both indoor and outdoor bars and space for guests to wander in and out as they choose. The reception will take place mostly indoors with the opportunity for guests to continue to enjoy the outdoor patio throughout the night if they so chose.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY?

Arrival begins at 4:30pm, our ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm.

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Please see the RSVP section of our website. When you search your name, you will see a list of all guests included under your invitation, including plus ones. We kindly request that invited guests do not bring any additional guests that are not included in their invitation.

DO YOU HAVE ANY HOTEL RECOMMENDATIONS?

For your convenience, a block of rooms has been reserved at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott. We invite you to use the link below to reserve your accommodations at our discounted rate. DO I NEED TO TRAVEL BETWEEN THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION?

Nope! Our Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception will all take place at Springfield Manor. We will have exclusive use of the Manor on our wedding day!

IS THERE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE HOTEL AND THE VENUE?

Yes! For your convenience, a dedicated shuttle service will be provided for guests staying at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott. Transportation will depart from the hotel in advance of the ceremony and will return guests at the conclusion of the evening. Guests are kindly requested to indicate their intention to utilize the shuttle service when submitting their RSVP, so that accommodations may be arranged accordingly.

IS THERE PARKING AT THE VENUE?

Yes! There is a large parking lot on the grass near the back of the ballroom. Springfield's staff will be available to assist with parking day of. If you choose to drive yourself and end up drinking more than you were expecting please make the safe decision to Uber home. Cars can be left in the venue's parking lot overnight and must be picked up by noon the next day!

I HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY/ DIETARY RESTRICTION, CAN I MAKE A SPECIAL REQUEST?

Yes! Please indicate any allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP and make your food selection.

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Hell yeah! We are so excited to have you at our special day and we have truly appreciated everyone's support and love during this time that drinks are on us :) With that being said, wedding bartenders are just like any other bartenders, so if you are enjoying their service please feel free to leave them a tip!
