Hannah is Alyssa's Numero Uno and her best friend since they were 14 years old! She is a physician assistant in cardiology and a mama two little ones. She has seen Alyssa through every phase of life and they will undoubtedly continue to grow old together.

MacKenzie and Alyssa have been best friends since high school and were college roommates at CMU! She is a teacher and mom to two sweet babes. Through some wild adventures and unforgettable memories, Alyssa and MacKenzie have survived it all and come out on top as successful, thriving 30-somethings.

Megan and Alyssa have been friends since high school, and it’s been nothing but fun ever since! Megan is a fitness enthusiast and a proud mom to three boys (including twins!). She’s the perfect balance of organization and fun, always keeping things in order but never missing a chance to bring the good times when it matters most.

Emily and Alyssa met in medical school! She is an ER physician in Atlanta, Georgia. She is the voice of reason in Alyssa's life which has allowed her to survive long enough to meet Ryan.

Alyssa and Julie met in medical school, and the rest is history! Julie is an internist in Wisconsin and the ultimate hype woman. When she’s not busy saving lives, she’s traveling the globe, always off on new adventures. Alyssa has claimed Julie as her personal vacation planner.

Kelsey and Alyssa met in medical school! Kelsey is a family medicine physician in Flagstaff, AZ and is supermom to her little boy. Wherever Kelsey goes there is sure to be endless fun and belly laughs (and possibly a stolen french fry or two).

Ryan and Ed met in high school! Ed is an orthopedic surgeon and him and his wife are parents to a sweet son.

Keith and Ryan and met in college through their love of football. Keith continues to live the dream as a college football coach, while Ryan suffers through surgical training.

Lawrence and Ryan met in medical school. Lawrence and his wife Elissa have a little boy, and are soon moving to New York for Lawrence's orthopedic surgery fellowship!

Alex and Ryan trauma bonded through surgical residency. Alex will soon be moving to Louisiana for a surgical fellowship at Tulane. He is the only single member of the wedding party so if you know anyone who might be interested, please let Ryan know.
