For those who haven't sat through this long winded love story, here it goes!

Tom & Alyssa met through a technology phenomenon called, Bumble. A few swipes to the right while Alyssa was traveling in London for work and BAM, the meet-cute was set at the Ace Hotel in Shoreditch.

Tom's Levi jean jacket and stories about his travels literally made Alyssa speechless, and for those of you who know her, know just how rare this is! With a little help, Alyssa found the courage to ask for a second date. Luckily, Tom said yes.

On the second date the two were accompanied by Alyssa's work colleague and the true hero of the night, Tom Pampiglione. The double date continued well into the night with laughing and dancing. Needless to say, this date went much better, and Alyssa mentioned to Tom she would be back in Europe that summer. They set a date for their next adventure and continued to text everyday.

July couldn't have come soon enough as Alyssa made her way back to London. On this trip, Tom introduced Alyssa to his brother, Ross, his best friends, and to Alyssa's surprise, his parents, Bruce & Hilary.

It was after this visit and a very expensive phone call to her mother, that Alyssa decided she had found her match. She made up her mind that she didn't want Tom to spend another birthday without her and booked a flight to London for his 29th birthday. It was this act, that proved to Tom that Alyssa wasn't just some girl looking for a holiday fling. They decided what they had was once in a life time, and vowed to make it work, no matter how crazy they looked to their friends and family.

The next 11 months can be best described as an adventurous courtship! They spent every bit of holiday and free time traveling back and forth from the UK to California meeting and spending time with the people close to them. It wasn't until Tom had a conversation with Don Williams, Alyssa's grandfather, that he realized, he wanted to ask Alyssa to marry him, ASAP.

The day finally came on August 19th, with the blessing of Alyssa's Dad & Mother, when Tom asked Alyssa to be his wife on Parliament Hill in Hampstead Heath.

Lucky for you, the story doesn't end there! Due to circumstances, Tom & Alyssa had to legally get married so Alyssa could stay in London and begin working. They got married at Islington Town Hall on April 6th 2019. It was a small ceremony with their family and friends.

This means that the Tantillo-Maggs ceremony will be short and casual, the weather will be sunny, the food will be great and the dancing will be going all night long! This day is about celebrating not only Alyssa & Tom but all of you special people as well!
