Yes! Please wear cocktail attire. The bride also requests that women guests do not wear white/cream/ivory (of course!) or champagne/gold colored dresses as this is the color of the bridesmaid dresses

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your envelope. For example, your envelope would list "Your Name & Guest". For families, it will list "The Last Name Family". When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.

Although we love your children, this is a child free wedding due to restricted numbers and space (with exception to the flower girl). This pertains to children of all ages including infants, toddlers, kids, and teens. When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for. We hope that you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us!

We have a room block at Hampton Inn & Suites. Please see the Travel tab for details. There will be transportation to/from the wedding if you're staying at this hotel. We will also have transportation to/from the wedding if you're staying at the TownePlace Suites in downtown West Bend however there is no room block. There are 3 other hotels in West Bend - Country Inn & Suites, AmericInn, and Quality Inn & Suites. There will be no room block or transportation if you decide to book at one of these locations

There will be 2 trips from the Hampton Inn & Suites and the TownePlace Suites to the venue. 2:45 PM & 3:25 PM Please be in the lobby or outside waiting. If you miss the shuttles you will be responsible for getting to the venue! There will be 1 bus that will take people back to the hotel starting at 9 PM and running every 30 minutes until Midnight. The same bus will be bringing people to both the Hampton Inn & Suites and the TownePlace Suites.

The closest airport is the Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport (MKE). The airport is about 46 miles from West Bend and on average takes 45 minutes to an hour depending on traffic. We suggest renting a car or taking an Uber/Lyft which would cost anywhere from $50-90 depending on time of day

Yes! The venue has a huge parking lot if you plan on driving.

Unfortunately no. Our venue has a strict policy about outside food/drinks. We will be charged $20 per outside container found. This includes the getting ready time for the wedding party. But don’t worry, it’s open bar 😉

We will be doing a little bar hopping in downtown West Bend the night before the wedding, August 2nd. Anyone is welcome to join! We will start at 7 PM or whenever the rehearsal dinner ends and begin at BlondiePop since it is close to the rehearsal dinner spot. Feel free to contact the bride/groom if you plan on meeting after 7 to see where we are currently at!

We unfortunately have a hard cut off date of July 3rd. If your rsvp is not in by that date, we will not have a space held for you as final numbers will be sent in to the caterer and venue the next day. We understand not everybody will be able to make it and you will be missed!
