Our Wedding

Our first date was at a beloved coffee shop in 2021 — the connection was palpable from the start.   Within a couple weeks of dating, Seth visited Alyssa in her hometown Chico. They made things “official” that perfectly brisk Fall day on a park bench at One Mile.   From surfing trips in Oahu and Santa Cruz, visiting Seth’s family and friends in Wisconsin, backpacking in the Eastern Sierras and Tahoe, to Alyssa’s first time abroad in Greece, neither of us like to sit still.   Seth describes Alyssa as genuine and joyful. Alyssa describes Seth as kind and brave. Their sincere appreciation for life and living it to the fullest is what deeply bonds them.

These are some hotels close to the venue.   • Fairfield Inn & Suites Santa Cruz Capitola • Capitola Hotel  • Best Western Plus Capitola by the-sea Inn and Suites   We recommend booking your accommodations in Santa Cruz, Capitola, Aptos or Soquel.

Travel 

If you’re coming from out of state, we recommend flying into San Jose. You’ll want to rent a car, as the venue is about 40 minutes from the airport + there is so much to see and do in the area!
