WHERE DO I PARK?

If you are staying on-site, you can park at your cabin. All cabins are walking distance to the event lodge. If you are not staying on-site, there are two parking lots that Crockett's Run staff will direct you to park in when you arrive.

ARE THERE UBERS/LYFTS IN THE AREA?

There are not currently Ubers or Lyfts in the area. Please plan accordingly!

WILL I HAVE CELL SERVICE?

At&t and Verizon networks both get pretty good cell service. All of the cabins have wifi. Appleseed cabin, bowie cabin, Crockett's lodge and the event lodge have highspeed wifi.

WHAT IS THE APPROPRIATE ATTIRE?

Cocktail attire or formal attire, however, we recommend bringing comfortable shoes. Our ceremony will be outside and heels may be difficult to walk in.

IS THERE TRANSPORTATION THROUGHOUT THE PROPERTY?

They will have a golf cart on-site that can be driven by Crockett's Run staff only. They will shuttle guests to the ceremony if they wish. They are also happy to give you a ride back to your cabin at the end of the night. The golf cart will be shut down at the conclusion of the event when the staff leaves.

ARE THERE BATHROOMS?

There are bathrooms inside of the event lodge for guests to use throughout the night.

IS EVENT LODGE HEATED/AIR-CONDITIONED?

The event lodge is heated and air-conditioned.

HOW BIG IS THE PROPERTY?

The venue sits on 56-acres. Guests are welcome to explore and enjoy the private hiking trails, pond and waterfalls while visiting.

WHERE DO THE TRAILS START?

Take the stairs of the event lodge down to the gorge and over the bridge, you will see a second, wooden bridge at the opening in the woods. The trails begin to the right.

CAN I SWIM IN THE POND?

Guests are welcome to swim and fish in the pond. If you forgot your fishing poles, they have a few at the housekeeping stand you may borrow. The pond is not very deep, so please no diving.

HOW FAR IS CROCKETT'S RUN FROM THE MAIN HIKING TRAILS OF HOCKING HILLS?

Most of the popular hocking hills trails are within 25-30 minutes from Crockett’s Run. If you are staying on-site, check out the binders in your cabin for recommendations on things to do in the area.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

They have two pet friendly lodges on the property. These are Houston and Travis lodge. Crockett's run must be notified of pets staying prior to arrival. $20 per pet per night. Max of 2 pets.

ARE CROCKETT'S RUN STAFF ON-SITE ALL WEEKEND?

The staff is on-site on and off throughout the weekend and until 11pm on the day of the event. If you need something while they are not there, please call (800) 472-8115 or email stay@crockettsrun.com
