The best way to RSVP is with the Response Card that was included in your invitation.

Kindly RSVP by July 6, 2024. In case of any changes or you cannot attend, please notify us at your earliest convenience. Responses received post-deadline will, unfortunately, be registered as a 'no' at the guest count will be finalized with the vendors.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and venue an exact number by a certain date. Please RSVP as soon as possible!

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. We are requesting all guest to wear BLACK formal wedding attire to make our photos turn out timeless. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, or midi formal dresses. Gentleman can wear a BLACK tuxedos or suits with (you guessed it) a BLACK tie. Thank you! Due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named. While we love all your little ones, we want all parents to be able to relax and enjoy themselves and we have chosen to make our special day for adults only. Thank you for understanding!

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests invited on your wedding invitations. We cannot accommodate additional guests. Your invitation will be made out to "[Your Name] & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. If you don't receive a plus one, please respect our wishes as we're trying to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. Thank you for understanding!

The wedding ceremony and reception are at the same venue and no additional transportation is needed.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. We kindly ask you arrive 30 minutes early to mingle with other guests before the "I Do's!"

Illinois is very unpredictable! Let's pray for perfect weather. However, please come prepared for temperatures ranging from high of 80 degrees and a possible low of 60 degrees.

We've hired a photographer and we'd love to have photos with no phone devices in them. Please put away your cameras and phones during our wedding ceremony.

Yes! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside at Hotel Baker in the Rose Garden so please plan accordingly. These events will be followed by dinner and dancing indoors in Hotel Baker, Rainbow Room.

There are a lot of easy parking options. Hotel Baker does not itself have parking however, there is a parking garage which is the best place to park and it’s free. We recommend that you park on the 4th floor, on the north end, take the elevators to the first level, making a left to head northbound on first street. Down to Hotel Baker on Mainstreet. If you have any questions on were to park call Hotel Baker at 630.584.2100.

We will be picking our menu in the Spring and will update this when the menu is finalized. There will be no nuts.

Yes! Thank you for helping us celebrate our special day! The drinks are on us, the hangover is on you! Please plan accordingly and have a way to get home safely or spend the night at the Hotel Baker!

Your presence is enough, but should you wish to bring a gift there will be a gift table for your convenience.

Due to the space limitations of our venue, we have limited the rehearsal dinner guest list to those in the ceremony. Please join us for cocktails at Whiskey Bend Bar in Saint Charles for the welcome party at 9:00 PM. See Welcome Party Tab for more details.

The greatest gift of all is your presence on our special day! However, should you wish to contribute to our Honeymoon, A wedding Card can be dropped in the card box at the reception.

ABSOLUTELY! One of our favorite Italian places to eat is Mio Modo (Francesca's) located at 200 S. 2nd St Saint Charles, IL 60174. We highly recommended their fried calamari/ sautéed calamari and the Mafalde (lamb) Bolognese. For drinks, we recommend Whiskey Bend located at 222 W. Main St Saint Charles, IL 60174. We highly recommend their old fashion and lemon drop martini.
