Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are located on the same grounds of Eagle's Ledge venue. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside (weather permitting). The reception will take place inside the main venue space.
How do we get there?
If you choose to drive there will be large on-site parking lot accessible to all guests. You may choose to order an uber or lyft as well.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will begin at 3:30 pm. Please arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow for parking and seating.
Can I take pictures/videos?
We kindly ask that you refrain from taking pictures or videos during the wedding ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture all the special moments and they are excited to share their photos with you!
Dress code?
We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting formal attire.
Are kids allowed?
Kids are allowed to attend the wedding, but who doesn't love an adult only date night! (parents keep in mind there will be an unsupervised pond located on the venue site)
Can I bring a guest/date?
We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. We cant wait to celebrate with you!
Is there an open bar?
Due to the large amount of guests expected we will be having an open bar for a limited amount of time. Once the time allotted is reached the bar will become a "cash" bar.
What happens after the ceremony?
After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for an hour. Guests will be directed to the cocktail location where guests can enjoy beverages and outdoor games.
