Ceremony

Both sailing and non-sailing guests are welcome!

ALL WEDDING GUESTS, SAILING OR NOT, MUST ARRIVE AT PORT AT 9:30AM TO BEGIN THE PRIORITY BOARDING CHECK-IN PROCESS. GUESTS ARRIVING AFTER 10:00AM WILL NOT BE ALLOWED PRIORITY BOARDING &amp; WILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL AFTER THE CEREMONY TO BOARD THE SHIP.

Non-Sailing Guests

Hopefully no one reads this part because we want all of you to sail with us. But, just in case you can't... You will turn in your photo id, passport, or birth certificate in exchange for a guest pass upon boarding the ship. Your identification will be returned to you when you turn in your guest pass.

Sailing guests will need to download the Royal Caribbean app. This is where you will check in for your cruise. You will also be able to book reservations for meals, shows, events, and other activities onboard. Drink package

You may purchase the drink package up to 3 days prior to setting sail. You may also purchase it onboard the ship on the first day of the cruise. The price is usually a little higher if you purchase on board, so I recommend buying in advance. Important cruise information 

All guests must arrive at the pier dressed and ready for Priority Check-in no later than 10:00am*. *We ask that you please aim for 9:30am to allow time for any unexpected delays. Priority boarding is not guaranteed for guests arriving after 10AM.

Guests are asked to arrive dressed and ready for the ceremony. The Shoreside Wedding Team will be posted with wedding signs at the terminal entrance and will assist our group throughout the check-in process.

The Shoreside Wedding Team will escort our Group onboard. All non-sailing guests must be escorted by the Shoreside Wedding Team on and off the ship.

THE STATEROOMS WILL NOT BE ACCESSIBLE UNTIL 1:30PM.LUGGAGE WILL NOT BE ACCESSIBLE UNTIL THIS TIME, EITHER. ITEMS NEEDED DURING THE CEREMONY SHOULD BE BROUGHT ONBOARD AS A CARRY ON.

LUGGAGE WILL BE CHECKED IN IN THE MORNING DURING PRIORITY BOARDING. LUGGAGE WILL BE DELIVERED TO YOUR STATEROOMS THROUGHOUT THE DAY. WE RECOMMEND BRINGING A CARRY-ON BAG WITH A BATHING SUIT, FLIP FLOPS, AND ANYTHING ELSE YOU MAY WANT ACCESS TO BEFORE YOUR LUGGAGE ARRIVES.

Boarding Information

Do I need a passport?

It depends! It is recommended by RCCL that all SAILING guests bring passports. Non-sailing guests (including children) will only need to show their photo ID OR the original copy of their birth certificate. Guests may be able to sail with their birth certificate in place of a passport. Q & A

Hate Miami traffic? So do we! We will be taking the bright line from west palm beach to Miami. It takes about 1 hour to get from WPB to Miami by Brightline, so please secure tickets in advance!

Hotels

We will be staying at the Hilton the night before the wedding. It is a 6 minute drive from the Port of Miami. Parking at this hotel is $45 per day.

Hilton Miami Downtown

From the Elser Hotel, it is a 2 minute drive to the Port of Miami. Parking at this hotel is $50 per day.

Coco Cay is an island in the Bahamas that is owned by Royal Caribbean Cruise Line. There is a lot to do at no cost - your drink package works here, too! Plus, a lot of the food is free!

Friday, 8/16/2024: Miami

10:00 am: priority boarding begins

12:00 pm-2:30 pm: ceremony &amp; cocktail hour inside of Dazzles (Deck 8)

2:30-9:00 pm: Check out your rooms, get settled in, explore the ship, go for a swim, and enjoy dinner at a place of your choice. Zach and I will be enjoying a private dinner for 2 this evening.

9:30 PM -all night: meet back at Dazzles night club to party and dance the night away! Dazzles is 21+

Saturday, 8/17/2024: Nassau

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM: Ship will be docked at Nassau

We will spend most of our day at Señor Frogs on the island. Please feel free to explore the island, book excursions, or whatever else you’d like to do! It is your vacation, too!

8:00pm aquatics show, Aqua theater (reserve in the Royal app)

Sunday, 8/18/2024: Coco Cay

7:00 AM - 5:00 PM: Ship will be docked at Coco Cay.

You can find us at the main swim up bar in Coco Cay most of the day.

10:30PM COMEDY SHOW, AMBER THEATER (RESERVE IN ROYAL APP)
