Our Wedding

Kevin and Amanda met in Boca Raton, FL on November 7, 2018 in what can best be described as an awkward first date. While we cannot discount the first encounter, they had a proper first date on November 10, 2018 and that is the official anniversary for the couple.   Amanda was born in Valley Stream, New York. Her parents are Frank and Robin Arcati (her mother sadly, deceased since 2005) and she was raised on Long Island in Farmingdale, New York. She lived with her father Frank , step mother Gema and her two step siblings, Crissy and James before moving to Jupiter, FL in 2005. Amanda is a proud aunt to 3 incredible boys Narciso “Ciso”, Gustavo and Paul James “PJ”. She graduated Florida State University in 2009 and further achieved her Masters at Florida Atlantic University in 2014 as Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Her entire career has been focused on improving the lives of children with disabilities and trauma and their families, always striving towards improving their overall quality of life. Her hobbies includes playing with her dog Archie, starting a project and not finishing it, painting, and her undying love of South Park, Vanderpump Rules and Ghost Adventures.   Kevin was born in Los Angeles and raised in Castaic, California. His parents are Richard and Marie Pascual and he has one younger brother, Kyle. He moved to the Sacramento area in 2008 to attend UC Davis and graduated in 2012 with a very useless History and equally useless Economics degree. A work opportunity brought him to move to Florida in 2018. He currently works in logistics and supply chain technology. His many hobbies include reading history, collecting watches, putting together Lego creations, and educating Amanda on what constitutes a good movie.   Kevin and Amanda live in North Palm Beach, FL with their two furchildren. A cat, General Sherman who is 5 years old and a recent addition to the house, a one year old Cockapoo named Archibald Moonlight Graham a.k.a Archie

Amanda’s fun loving nephews, Narciso “Ciso” the eldest, to Amanda’s brother James and sister in law Tina.  Followed by Gustavo “Gussy”, also James. And last but certainly not least, Paul James “PJ”, son of Amanda’s sister Crissy and brother in law Paul.

We reserved a block of rooms at The Marker! 2 Queen Bed rooms and 1 King options. A trolley service will be scheduled to shuttle guests to the Venue at 5:45PM on the day of the ceremony and can shuttle guests back to the hotel at 10:05 PM.
