13 years later & we finally did it right... Colton & I have been in each other’s worlds in one way or another since we were seniors in high school. Always coming and going as the other came or went in social settings & sporting events throughout senior year & all through college. Along came 2016 & home visits from nursing school when Jackie wanted me to meet “this guy” she worked with but little did she know “this guy” was someone I knew only too well. Then started the game of cat & mouse for the next year; when hanging out consisted of a flight back home & a night out on Plumas street or a call from Tings. Fast forward to the fall of 2018 & I was back for good! Here’s where Colton thought playing hard to get would be fun...but with a not so subtle push from the even less subtle Mac (thank you!) things were moving in the right direction, and come February it was “Official”. Now came ghost hunting, learning the difficulties of home ownership, yard work, raising fur babies, night shift problems & adjusting to the COVID life style yet here we are. Here came the family vacation to West Port on November 11th, 2020 and we’re engaged!
