Thanks to an online dating app called Bumble, Amanda & Jace went on their first date on St. Patrick's Day of 2022.

After four dates of learning each others interests, dislikes, humor, and commonalities, Jace asked Amanda to be offical by saying "Do you want to be my girlfriend, or what?" How romantic.

Shortly after, Jace had the pleasure of meeting the other man in Amanda's life, Wrigley. He was a tough one to crack, but Wrigley eventually came around, and now he couldn't be happier to have Jace as his dog dad. Wrigley is spoiled equally by his parents and knows they both love him very much.

Meeting each others family's was a big step, as family is very important to both of them. Amanda remembers the first time meeting the Peterson's and telling her parents that it "felt like home" being around Jace's family. She thinks Jace felt the same way, because the day they drove back to Madison after meeting his family that weekend, he told Amanda that he loved her.

Fast forward to October 15th, 2023. Jace and Amanda were at Schuster's Farm doing all of the fun fall things like pumpkin picking, eating apple cider donuts, and walking through the corn mazes. Little did Amanda know, that Jace had a hole burning in his jacket pocket the entire day. While walking through one of the corn mazes, Amanda was leading the way and ran into a standstill. When she turned around Jace was on one knee.

To this day Amanda admits she cannot recall what Jace said as he was proposing because she was so shocked. It takes a lot to surprise her, and she was extremely surprised! She doesn't even remember saying yes, but don't worry it's DEFINITELY a yes!

Next in Jace & Amanda's story will be their wedding day! They could not be more excited to spend this day with family and friends surrounding and supporting them. Thank you all for being a special part of their story.
